Integris Partners advised Northern Agri Holdings, a portfolio company of Lariat Partners, on the divestiture of WestFeeds, LLC to Ridley USA, a subsidiary of Alltech. WestFeeds was a leading manufacturer, distributor, and retailer of animal feed and nutritional products serving cattle, equine, poultry, sheep, swine, goat, and companion-animal customers throughout the western United States.
