Integris Partners recently advised Rite in the Rain, a portfolio company of Capitol Peak Partners, on its majority recapitalized by Pennington Creek Capital. Founded in Tacoma in 1916, Rite in the Rain designs and manufactures water-resistant notebooks, writing instruments, field organization kits, covers, and specialty paper products built for harsh environments. The brand serves military personnel, first responders, industrial professionals, and outdoor enthusiasts through leading online and in-store retailers.
