Value Added Protein Processing Transaction

Integris Partners recently advised Colorado Premium Foods on its acquisition by Kainos Capital, a Dallas-based private equity firm.

Colorado Premium Foods is a leading provider of sous vide, portion-controlled, marinated, and other value-added protein products to retailers, restaurant chains, and meal delivery services nationwide.
