Integris Partners advised EnviroTech Services on its acquisition by Monomoy Capital Partners, a private investment firm with over $3 billion in assets under management.

EnviroTech is a leading provider of road surface and maintenance products, providing a diverse range of granular and liquid deicing and anti-icing agents specifically formulated to maximize road safety in winter weather conditions, as well as a suite of dust control and soil stabilization products for road maintenance. The company serves customers in the infrastructure, public works, property management, industrial, mining and oil and gas sectors. With an extensive production and transportation network across the United States, ESI operates 50 locations and serves customers in 40 states.
